Luna X is an AI-assisted tool that helps you create, schedule, and publish content to your connected social media accounts, and view related performance information. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a third-party platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn), you authorize Luna X to act on your behalf to publish and schedule the content you create. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's rules.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant Luna X a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
• Spam, impersonate others, or violate any platform's policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Luna X uses AI to help generate captions and suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. You remain accountable for everything posted from your account.

7. Billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and described at the point of purchase. During any free beta period, the Service is provided without charge and may be modified or limited at our discretion.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platforms we integrate with.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scheduled content will always publish successfully, as third-party platforms may change or restrict access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
